We are happy if you order your rings at least 3 weeks before the wedding. Manufacturing rings is a time-consuming process, and their check-up by the State Standard Inspection takes even more time.
However, if you are in a rush, we always try to find a solution, so that on your special day, you might be adorned by rings created especially for you.
We can accept your gold as a payment for the material when you order gold rings. All our golden jewels consist of pure gold and additives; we purify your material until pure gold, so you can bring us golden jewels of any tint. After that, we obtain the gold tint needed for your jewel.
Unfortunately, silver jewels cannot be made from the customer’s material.
If you choose a jewel that is available immediately, we will dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Please contact us if you choose a jewel which we manufacture as ordered and there is a certain deadline.
Delivery to parcel machines within Latvia takes a few days, depending on how full parcel machines are. Delivery via express mail within Europe takes a few days, and about 1-2 weeks via regular mail. Delivery via express mail all over the World takes from a few days up to a week, while sometimes even a month via regular mail.
If delivery is late, please use the follow-up code sent to you in our e-mail for checking the delivery status of your parcel. Please contact us if any difficulties with the code arise.
A Namejs masterclass takes 2-4 hours, depending on the number of participants.
In accordance with Cabinet Regulations, you have to bring your Covid-pass, your ID-document, and a mask.
If you use glasses on a daily basis for reading or doing work near your eyes, you should bring your glasses, too. We will take care of everything else!
